I spent the first seven years of my first career working in network operations roles within the telecom industry for two large companies. While I enjoyed learning a lot about the technology and using my analytical skills to isolate and resolve telecom network issues, my passion for writing, marketing and journalism still existed. My years of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing departments, has given me a holistic understanding of how the three departments operate and must collaborate well to bring a technology product to market. I lend my communications expertise to the departments by making sure potential buyers know the product exists, how they'll benefit from it, and how to use all of the features for a positive experience.
